The ‘Smart Agro-ecological Transformation of Farming Systems towards Resilience and Sustainability in the Middle and Coastal Zones of the Viet Nam Mekong Delta’ (STAR-FARM) project, supported by the European Union (EU), aims to foster an enabling environment for the development of sustainable value chains in the Mekong Delta through agroecological approaches. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) will lead the project’s management and coordination within a consortium of five research institutions: VAAS, IPSARD, CIRAD, IRD, and CTU, under the leadership of the Government of Viet Nam, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), now renamed the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE).
The Project Management Unit (PMU) under MAE is seeking a Value Chain Development Support Specialist based in Hanoi. For more information, please refer to the ToR.
